Call Center Representative – Tucson, Arizona

Cool Box Portable Storage is hiring a Customer Service Storage & Relocation Specialist for our office in Tucson. Cool Box Portable Storage is your solution provider for one-stop moving and storage. Our insulated storage containers are delivered to our customers to load or unload at their convenience. Once our storage containers are loaded, we can move them to our customer’s new home or preferred destination, or back to our facility for storage. Customers can also keep the unit at their property for as long as needed.

Job Summary

Customer Service Storage & Relocation Specialists primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to customers
  • Call back all internet quotes as they come in
  • Call back all follow-ups as directed
  • Assist in past due collections procedures
  • Assist DOO with any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Work well with others
  • Great telephone voice and likes to talk to people
  • Able to wear many hats and help others when needed.
  • Organized and able to think strategically
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pass a background check
  • Required to maintain a neat appearance
